Over the past year I've been working with UCLan Students' Union to create a resource for trans* students in increasingly uncertain times.
Finally, that work has materialised into the brand new Trans Student Hub - a page to find useful resources, events and campaigns!
Resources like this are becoming increasingly necessary in our changing world - students feel more isolated than ever and Students' Unions like the one at UCLan play a critical role in mitigating this. I am proud to be a part of a Students' Union that has remained committed to Transgender and Non-Binary students and remains vigilant whenever discrimination occurs.
